I love universal studios! i love the Hulk roller coaster because it is really fast and goes in upside loops. My heart was racing after the ride. The food was amazing at Jurassic Park restaurant and you got to see people getting splashed when they came off the ride. Definitely a cool place to visit and can't wait to go back.

Me and my boyfriend had a great time. There were no long lines for rides and felt easy to get around. Wish we didn't have to wear mask though it's hot but hey we chose to come here.

We did a short test run to see how comfortable we felt. The team members are doing a great job. There were a few guests not behaving but there is enough room to stay away from them.

Extremely disappointed in how universal is handling the reopening. The face mask policy is lax, and there was NO policing or correction of offenders. They were offering face painting, hair braiding, and henna ratios. How is that practicing social distancing. I felt uncomfortable the entire day. Maybe Universal is struggling to make a profit during this time because their patrons feel unsafe, unprotected, and uncomfortable. Safety over fun and/or comfort should always be the motto. I don't think that was being practiced.

Even during a pandemic I felt safe and secure at Universal! The staff made sure everyone was social distancing and free hand sanitizer was everywhere. Every team member was helpful and kind. My 13 year old son had a blast and let loose a few times, which was amazing to see! Best family trip in a long time!!

As always, had a good family fun day making memories. Even though we had to wear masks and it was really hot today, there's plenty of places to cool off and remove your mask. I love watching my kids smile and forget about the stress today's world is causing them, even if it's just for a day ❤

Had a terrible time here. Flew all the way from Idaho with my family of 6. Bought the 2 parks pass as well as rented a scooter for my wife who just had hip surgery. The staff at the rides were very unhelpful when having to transfer from the scooter to the wheelchair. They made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience to them. Also waited in line for Kong for almost 2 hours for it to break down on us. Not to mention it was so crowded that there was no way to social distance at all. But after spending almost $200 a ticket For 6 people to be here we couldn’t just rerun them. I can honestly say Disney parks are so much cleaner and the staff is amazing and very thoughtful. We will not be returning to any universal park in the future and I would recommend that everyone do the same. I’ll put it this way. The experience was so bad that my family felt ripped off that we are spending an additional day here in Florida and spent the extra $600 to go to sea world.

With all the new social distancing rules universal still delivers a fantastic experience, they have face masks on site and have everything clearly marked so you can enjoy the park experience and still follow their social distancing guidelines. They also have temperature check points when leaving their hotel resorts and you get a wristband clearing you to enter the parks. Well done Universal!

I felt very safe and it seemed like they worked really hard on making sure everybody kept mask on and six feet distance.....everything smelled sanitized and clean. Who ever was in charge of making sure the park was safe did an amazing job!!!! Would definitely recommend visiting!!!

A Great place for adults and kids experiences for all. Everything was super clean and sanitized. They made sure everyone social distanced. They're sanitizing everything often. And they give hand sanitizer before the rides.The way the staff are kind and polite. My biggest recommendation is to get there early and buy an express pass.

I love the parks. Lines are long so I cannot imagine the lines when there is no covid! My feet were killing me at the end of the day but it's fantastic to go and experience the rides. It would be nice if all rides had virtual lines so that all lines could be gotten into in a timely manner. It would be better if more than one virtual line could be scheduled as well.

We had such a fun and wonderful time. The World of Harry Potter was mind blowing. I was a total kid. They are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during this unprecedented time.

Great day yesterday. The crowd was low which made for short wait times. As usual the team members did a great job keeping lines moving, making sure social distancing rules were being followed, and cleaning pretty much everything. Even being reminded to properly wear your mask not invasive. Thank you to all the team members for choosing to work so we could have some fun.

Even in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, Universal Studios Orlando is a fabulous place to visit! While masks and social distancing are mandatory, the park is open for business and for fun! The rides are open, and even though the lines may look long due to distancing, they're actually quick and easy to get through. I love the on line mobile food ordering, it's fast and easy. In a time when so much is uncertain and the world seems upside down, it's great to know that you can go here and have a blast... And if you ride the Hulk coaster... You can enjoy being in an upside down world!!!
